About Dr. Ann-Marie, ND

My work in women’s health began long before I became a Naturopathic Doctor.....
For years, I struggled with painful periods and symptoms that disrupted my daily life. Missing school, missing sports, pushing through pain, and being told that what I was experiencing was “normal” became my normal.
It took nearly 10 years before I was finally diagnosed with endometriosis.
And honestly? That experience changed the way I practice forever.
Because what I remember most was not just the symptoms — it was the feeling of not being fully heard.
Today, as a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Menopause Certified Practitioner, my goal is simple: I never want women to feel dismissed, minimized, or left alone in their health concerns.
Whether you are struggling with painful periods, perimenopause, menopause symptoms, fatigue, weight changes, hormone concerns, or simply feel unlike yourself lately, you deserve care that listens deeply and looks at the full picture.
My approach is evidence-based, compassionate, and highly individualized. I believe women deserve to understand what is happening in their bodies — not just be told to “wait it out,” “reduce stress,” or accept feeling unwell as normal.
I work closely with patients to investigate underlying contributors to symptoms, review blood work thoroughly, discuss all appropriate treatment options, and create realistic plans that fit into real life.
Most importantly, I want my patients to leave appointments feeling informed, supported, empowered, and hopeful.
